Using Syno
Terms for the invitation-only Syno web and iOS experience.
These terms and the operator
These terms describe Syno, operated by SYNO LABS LLP. Contact us at dey.debaditya@gmail.com.
Who can use Syno
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age or parental-authorization requirement that applies where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where that is permitted. Admission of minors requiring parental authorization must await an appropriate authorization process.
There are no product-specific country exclusions. Availability remains subject to applicable law, provider restrictions and invitation capacity. During the private beta, approved network access may also be required.
Access by invitation
Syno currently admits new accounts through invitations. Google or Apple sign-in verifies your identity; it does not replace the invitation requirement. If an invitation is absent or unavailable, your email is recorded in the waitlist only after the request is confirmed.
Waitlisting is not a promise of admission, priority or a particular launch date. Invitations are subject to availability and the product’s admission rules. Do not sell invitations, bypass admission controls or misrepresent your identity.
Your account
Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure. Use only an account you are authorized to use. Connecting another sign-in method requires proof of access to your existing Syno account. An organization may apply its own rules to its Google Workspace accounts.
Tell Syno through the approved support channel if you believe your account is compromised. Do not include a password or authentication code in the report.
Your content and instructions
You retain the rights you have in content you provide. You must have the authority to submit content and connect services. The permission to Syno is limited to processing, storing and transmitting that content as needed to provide the features you choose, maintain security and address support requests, subject to the privacy notice.
Review important results and requested actions. Companion output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It should not be treated as a substitute for qualified advice or independent checks when the consequences matter. A task’s visible completion status is not a guarantee about an external system’s final outcome.
Connected services and actions
Connecting a service is separate from using Google or Apple to sign in. Connected services may have their own terms, costs and limits. Authorize only actions and data access you intend Syno to have. Available permissions and approval controls remain part of the product’s operation.
Do not use Syno to access another person’s account without permission, violate applicable law, distribute harmful software, harass people, or interfere with service security. Do not attempt to circumvent account, invitation or usage restrictions.
Beta availability and changes
Syno is in private beta. Features can change and the service may be interrupted. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. These statements do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This notice does not create a subscription, automatic charge or service-level guarantee. Any future paid offering will identify its price and applicable terms before purchase. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving and managing your information
You can stop using Syno and sign out. To request account deletion, email dey.debaditya@gmail.com. We handle requests manually under the verification, 30-day period and limited retention exceptions in the privacy notice. Signing out or revoking provider authorization alone is not an account-deletion request. Nothing in these terms exempts identifiable derived data from applicable privacy rights.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Applicable mandatory law governs your rights. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived and contain no arbitration requirement or monetary liability cap. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and communicated through the product or your contact email as appropriate.
